Ara : A day long free heart and eye check-up camp was jointly organized by the Candles of Love, K G N Welfare Society, Lions Club of Ara Greater, and Lions Club of Patna Royal on February 11, 2019, with the cooperation of Ruban and Ford Hospitals on the campus of Garib Nawaz Poly Clinic.
At least 300 poor children were examined at the camp and also provided facilities like ECG, ECHO, BSR free of cost. Civil Surgeon, Bhojpur, Dr Jagdish Singh and Cardiologist Dr T P Singh inaugurated the camp. CS Dr Jagdish Singh appreciated organisation of such medical check-up camp and said that people particularly the poor benefit from such medical camps.
Md Munatur Rahman, President, Candles of Love, said that the organisation is committed to the welfare of the poor children people of the society.
