Patna : With only 80 out of the 102 ghats in Patna marked safe for the devotees and their family members, all the major ghats witnessed huge gathering on November 13, 2018. As a precautionary measure, Patna district administration had set up 91 medical camps at different ghats in the district. Apart from devotees reaching different ghats, thousands of devotees offered Arghya from their rooftops too with their family members and neighbours. Majority of them used makeshift plastic boats of different shape and size.
