Patna : England beat Panama 6-1 in a Group G match of FIFA World Cup on June 24, 2018, at Nizhny Novgorod Stadium, Russia. England Captain and striker Harry Edward Kane, 24, scored a hat-trick becoming the third England player to do so in the World Cup after Geoff Hurst in 1966 and Gary Linekar in 1986.
Two other England players : Defender John Stones and Midfielder Jesse Lingard scored two and one goal respectively. For Panama, Felipe Baloy scored the loan goal in 78th minutes. England led 5-0 at half time.
