Patna : The discussion by panel experts to finalise Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) curriculam continued for the second day at Raj Bhavan on June 13, 2018. The discussion would conclude on June 14.

For approval of CBCS curriculam of 34 subjects prepared by 8 universities of Bihar, 34 committes of experts have been constituted. On the first two days – June 12 and June 13- curriculam of 24 subjects were discussed. On June 14, curriculam of 10 more subjects would be discussed by the experts. On the directive of UGC, the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) will be first implemented at Post-Graduate level and later on at Graduate level.

On June 12, curriculams of Physics, Mathematics, Geography, PMIR & LSW, Statistics, Economics, History, Magahi, Zoology, Sociology/ Anthropology, Computer Science, and English were discussed. On June 13, curriculams of Arabic, Music, Home Science, Botany, Persian, Bengali, Political Science, Sanskrit, Philosophy, Bhojpuri, Psychology, and Commerce Management, came up for discussion.
