Patna : Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) Secular National President and former Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi on December 13, 2017, requested CM Nitish Kumar to provide 5 decimal plot each to all the homeless and landless people across the state. He urged the chief minister to add it to his ‘ Saat Nischay’.
Manjhi was addressing party workers at Gardanibagh, Patna, where the HAM (S) led by its state President and former Minister Brishna Patel had organised a dharna on December 13 to press its 16 point demand. Manjhi said that lakhs of homeless living on Gairmajarua land were being evicted from their houses without any alertnative arrangement. HAM (S) is one of the constituents of the NDA.
