Bagaha : Sheopujan Bhagat, an octogenarian of Anand Nagar locality under Nagar Parishad, Bagaha, was strangulated to death allegedly by his close relatives on March 17, 2019. Local sources said that his son and grandson allegedly always tortured him for property. Sheopujan Bhagat had informed the local police about it but they did not take any action. Had the police taken action, Sheopujan Bhagat would have been alive, according to sources. Anand Nagar falls under Town police station, Bagaha.
