New Delhi : The President of India Ram Nath Kovind presented three Padma Vibhushan, six Padma Bhushan, and forty-eight Padma Shri Awards on March 16, 2019, at a Civil Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The Padma Vibhushan recipients included Dr Teejan Bai, Ismail Omar Guelleh, and Anilkumar Manibhai Naik, according to a PIB release.
