Patna : The Governor cum Chancellor of State Universities Satya Pal Malik on April 18, 2018, appointed Professor Dr Khalid Mirza as the new Vice Chancellor (VC) of Maulana Majharul Haq Arabic and Persian University (MMHAPU), Patna.
The appointment was made in the light of recommendation made by the Search Committee and effective and positive consultation with the state government. The tenure of the new VC would be of three years and begin from the date of his assuming charge of the new responsibility, according to a Raj Bhavan release. The Raj BHavan issued a notification to this effect on April 18 itself.
