Two persons arrested in Gaighat murder case

Patna : Police arrested two persons in connection with murder of a youth near Judicial Academy at Gaighat on December 16, 2018. Police has also recovered the knife used in the murder from the house of one of the accused.
It may  be mentioned here that body of one Raja alias Raja Kumar was found near Judicial Academy at Gaighat under Alamganj police station on December 16.
Later during investigation, police arrested Aakash Kumar and Mohd. Ahmad Ali and recovered a knife used in the crime from the house of the latter. The two arrested persons told police that Raja allegedly used to pass comments on Ahmad’s sister and they had a fight with Raja on December 16 during which they slit his throat with the knife.
