New Delhi : The Vice President of India M Venkaiah Naidu on March 20, 2019, greeted the people on the eve of Holi. In a message, he said that the festival of colours Holi, celebrated with traditional fervor and enthusiasm throughout the country, is a celebration of the victory of good over evil. It is a festival that expresses joy, camaraderie and conviviality, he added.
