Ara : Six persons were injured two of them seriously in a clash between two groups at village Sundara under Chandi police station in Bhojpur district on February 10, 2019, late evening. The injured were admitted to Sadar Hospital, Sra. Old enmity is said to be the cause behind the incident.
An FIR has been lodged with Chandi police station but no arrest has so far been made in this regard. The incident has triggered panic among the villagers.
SHO, Chandi police station, Kuer Gupta, said that two groups clashed at village Sundara on February 10 late evening in which six persons were injured. Later, members of one of the two groups fired at least six rounds in which Jitendra Singh and Suraj Singh of another group received bullet injuries and were seriously injured. On getting information, police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. The SHO said that police are investigating the matter and guilty would be arrested very soon.
